Hi,
We are having a problem in the production. When you search for logon
name, email id etc and then click Find button. It says no results,
inspite we have records. This happens not in all computers, but a few
(the users share a common userid). The problem happens to a group of
people and it works fine for the rest. I tried asking them to 1) clear
the cache and cookies 2) reinstalling bizdesk in the user computer 3)
restarted the computer , but nothing helped.

Did any one had the same kind of issue. Please help

Thanks
Vish

Exact same thing is happening to 4 of our production sites, however all
computers have the same issue. We have a forced security update
service.

I'm going to give this KB article a try and see what happens. Thanks
for the post.

Do you know if Microsoft will create an hotfix for this KB. I think
that putting MSXML version number directly in a source code page is not
a best practice in development. Why do we need to change it ourselve?
